Pros: The software is extremely easy to use and quick. You don't have to be a computer genius to use it. It has a nice interface and even has a step by step instructional video to walk you through the process. I found that the videos made it really easy to follow along and I didn't have to worry about it being confusing at all. The only drawback was the fact that it did take a while to finish downloading. The good news is that after I finished downloading over 400 videos I was able to watch them on my TV set with my Xbox.
Cons: I'm a bit disappointed that this free software is not available as a desktop application. If it was I would have been more interested to give it a try. I hope that the developer of this program will come up with a desktop version soon and let me know when this will happen. I don't think it's too late to get the program because it does work well on my computer.
